In this workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of the body within the different yoga postures and learn various hands-on adjustments and modifications depending on the different type of bodies and learning how to work with injuries.
You will explore the asanas from the inside out to gain a better understanding of the posture and its purpose as a yoga practitioner and teacher. The workshop will provide enough information to give good and precise directions and verbal cues for your students.
You will learn how to use proper body mechanics to protect your own body and the correct use of yoga props. Open to yoga teachers, teachers in training and serious students.
