Mysore

Mysore style, as it is taught in Mysore, India is a “Self Practice”.  In the class students move through the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence at their own pace depending on their own individual ability. In this manner the student develops a strong foundation, progressing into more advance postures assisted by the teacher, creating a safe and a more intimate relationship.  This is not a guided class but you will find the teacher moving from one student to the other helping each one with their needs.

Open to all levels, the only requirement is that students must have some knowledge of the Ashtanga sequence. It is recommended that you commit for at least one month in order to enjoy the fruits of this practice.

Yoga Improv

Is a Vinyasa-flow style of yoga based on poses that are mainly present on the ashtanga method. A fun improvisation mix of poses that help modify and open the possibility of more challenging poses. Open to all levels of students with the exception of beginners to yoga.
