Mountain Pose -  Tadasana - Samasthitihi
firmly established in a state of wholeness

Tadasana is the basic beginning standing posture which all others are derived . 
Standing  with  the  feet together, parallel to each other. 
Lifting  lightly from the inner arches,  activating  the muscles  of  the legs. 
Engaging the  quadriceps to allow the  knee caps to lift aware of not hyperextending the knees.
Adductor muscles sqeezing the thighs together.
Allowing the sacrum to drop and relax.
Relax the shoulders and let the arms fall on the side of your body,
thumbs toward the front.
